Services
Insight Inner Circle provides business funding education, strategy consultations, and related resources to help business owners understand and pursue capital options available to their business. Our services are educational and advisory in nature. We do not guarantee funding approval, specific funding amounts, or specific financial outcomes for any client.
No Guarantee of Results
Any references to funding amounts, client outcomes, or business results on this website are illustrative or based on individual past client experiences. Results vary based on each business's individual circumstances, including but not limited to credit profile, business structure, industry, and lender requirements. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes.
SMS Communications
Program description. By submitting your phone number and checking an SMS consent checkbox on our website, or by texting us first, you give express written consent to receive text messages from Insight Inner Circle (Irv Official LLC) at the number provided. We offer two separate, optional consent checkboxes, neither of which is pre-checked:
1. Transactional messages. Strategy call confirmations, appointment reminders, and customer care replies related to your inquiry or booking.
2. Marketing messages. Webinar promotions, funding program updates, and other marketing or promotional communications.
Checking one box does not opt you in to the other. Messages may be sent using an automated system; consent to receive SMS messages of either type is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.
Sample transactional messages. "Insight Inner Circle: Your strategy call is confirmed for Tue at 2:00 PM ET. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help." / "Insight Inner Circle: Reminder, your call starts in 1 hour. Here is your link: [link]. Reply STOP to opt out."
Sample marketing message. "Insight Inner Circle: Our funding workshop starts Thursday at 7 PM ET. Save your seat: [link]. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
Message frequency. Message frequency varies, typically no more than 2–6 messages per month plus messages related to appointments you book.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out (STOP). You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. We will send a single confirmation and will not text you again unless you opt in again. You may also email support@insightinnercircle.com to be removed.
Help (HELP). Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at support@insightinnercircle.com or 530-558-2662.
Privacy. No mobile information, phone numbers, or SMS consent data is sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Supported carriers. Messaging is supported on major U.S. carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint, U.S. Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Email Communications
If you provide your email address, you may receive service emails related to your inquiry or appointment, and marketing emails if you opted in. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use this website or our services. Our services are intended for business owners located in the United States.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.
Use of Website
You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. All content on this website, including text, graphics, and materials, is the property of Irv Official LLC and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of Liability
Irv Official LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or services.
Changes to Terms
